Our luxury one bedroom apartment, within Kepwick House, at the prestigious 5 star Sands development is furnished to exceptional standards and is available for weekly, mid-week or weekend rental on a self-catering basis.

The apartment is ideal for couples, but can sleep up to 4 people (2 using the sofa-bed). For younger guests we provide a travel cot. The apartment is brand new, having been completed in November 2008 as the first phase of Scarborough's North Bay Master Plan.

Our apartment is tastefully decorated, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a stress free home from home alternative to hotel or guest house accommodation.
