• Our one bedroom, garden view apartment, with private balcony is situated within Kepwick House, part of the first phase of the new Sands Development.
• Located just yards from the beach, the apartment is situated in one of Scarborough's most unique locations.
• This is the ideal base for anyone visiting Scarborough for one of the many concerts, events or festivals, for a romantic weekend, a luxury seaside holiday, or just to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life.

• We have a designated car-parking space, so you know that there will always be a parking space available.
• Our allocated space is under-cover so you can get from your car to the main door without getting wet !
• The car park entrance has an automated electronic shutter, and the car park has CCTV surveillance so you can sleep safe in the knowledge that your vehicle is secure.

 

Disabled friendly

• Whilst we cannot claim that our apartment has been specifically fitted out to cater for disabled needs, the access into The Sands and around the apartment is disabled friendly, with level access, a choice of 2 lifts to the apartment, lift access to all facilities, automated doors to the main entrances, wide doorways within the apartment and low level fittings to the bathroom.

 

Rooftop terrace

• Experience breathtaking panoramic views of Scarborough's North Bay from the Sea Life Centre to the North to Scarborough Castle to the South. Enjoy the view whilst relaxing in sun or shade on the deckchairs provided.
• The rooftop terrace is accessed from the lift so is accessible to everyone.

     

Gymnasium

• The state of the art gymnasium is free for all guests to the apartment to use. From a gentle morning exercise to a full workout, the gymnasium with stunning sea views is equipped with over £40,000 worth of equipment, from cross trainers and resistance machines, to rowers and running machines. There is even a music system where you can plug in your I-Pod or MP3 player so you can enjoy your own music while you train.
